Liability Agreement for "The Purple Pen Vintage & Antique Market" Event

 

 We are excited to have you participate as an antique vendor at the upcoming "The Purple Pen Vintage & Antique Market" event, scheduled to take place on March 9 and 10th 2024. We deeply value your contribution to making this event a success and creating a memorable experience for all attendees.

 

In order to ensure the safety and security of both vendors and attendees, we kindly request your acknowledgment and acceptance of our liability agreement. This agreement is designed to outline the responsibilities and expectations regarding any damages or accidents that may occur within your respective vendor area during the event.

 

Liability Agreement Terms:

 

1. **Vendor Responsibility:** As a participating vendor, you agree to take full responsibility for the setup, maintenance, and dismantling of your vendor space. This includes ensuring that your merchandise is displayed securely and safely, with consideration for potential risks or hazards and if you are bringing a tent that is securely set up properly.

 

2. **Accidents and Damages:** You acknowledge that "The Purple Pen Vintage & Antique Market" event organizers will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur within your vendor area. You are responsible for taking adequate precautions to prevent any harm to visitors, other vendors, or their property.

 

3. **Insurance Coverage:** It is recommended that you have valid liability insurance that covers your participation in the event. This insurance should protect you against any claims arising from accidents, injuries, or damages related to your vendor space.

 

4. **Indemnification:** You agree to indemnify and hold harmless "The Purple Pen Vintage & Antique Market" event organizers against any claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, or damages arising from your participation in the event.

5. We have the right to refuse or decline a vendor submission

6. Bring Tarps and Tie-downs. No nails in trees.

 

7. Only WHITE tents are allowed but can be no larger than 12x20. Bring Appropriate tie downs and 

or sandbags to hold down your tent.

 

8. There are no refunds should inclement weather arise it will be a roll over to the next event held twice

a year in March and September. 

            

Please review this letter and the attached liability agreement carefully. If you agree to the terms outlined above, please sign and return the agreement. Your participation will be confirmed upon receipt of the signed agreement.
